What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of 247expat.com — the website and its guides.
They are not the terms of any paid service. Visa services are contracted directly with Retail Consulting UK Ltd under that company's own terms and conditions, which you accept at the point you begin an application. Health insurance is contracted with the insurer through its distributor. Nothing on this page varies either of those agreements, and where this page and a service agreement differ, the service agreement governs that service.
The guides are information, not advice
The guides are general information about moving to and living in Spain. They are not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, they are not tailored to your circumstances, and reading them creates no professional relationship.
Spanish immigration and tax rules change, consular practice varies between consulates, and the same route can be applied differently depending on where and when you apply. We write carefully and cite the instruments we rely on, but you should confirm anything that matters against the official source for your route and consulate, or take qualified advice, before acting on it.
Accuracy and corrections
We correct errors when we find them or when they are reported. If you believe something here is wrong, tell us at info@247expat.com — a specific correction with a source is the fastest way to get it fixed.
Using the site
You may read, print and share the guides for your own use and link to them freely. You may not republish substantial parts of them as your own, scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other readers, or use its content to train a model without permission. The text, structure and design remain the property of the operator.

Where this website describes a paid service, it describes it accurately but it is not the provider.

All immigration decisions rest with the relevant authorities. No visa approval, processing time or application outcome is guaranteed by anyone, and no statement on this website should be read as a guarantee of any of them.
- Health insurance is distributed by an Exclusive Insurance Agent of Sanitas S.A. de Seguros. This website does not sell or advise on insurance.
Published service fees and payment stages are shown on the relevant service page and are the fees charged by the provider. Government fees, translations, courier charges and insurance premiums sit outside the service fee and are payable in addition.
Liability
We take care over what we publish. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The liability of a service provider is governed by that provider's own agreement with you.
Availability
We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Governing law
These terms, and your use of this website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. This matches the terms of the visa services, which are provided by the same company. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
