Why does my work structure matter so much?
Because the route is built around remote work for an employer or clients outside Spain, and the evidence has to match how the relationship actually operates. The contractor whose paperwork says one thing while the work says another is the commonest problem we see.
Do I need my employer's cooperation?
If you are employed, yes — the process needs your company's formal, written position on your employment and on remote work from Spain. Most employers will do it; most have simply never been asked. It takes longer than people budget, so it starts first.
Can I apply from inside Spain?
There is a consulate route and, for qualifying applicants lawfully in Spain, an in-country route. Which one fits you is part of the first conversation.
Is the price per person?
Yes — our fee is charged per adult applicant. Family discounts are available; we confirm the exact position for your household before you pay anything.
What if my application is refused?
We tell you before you start if we think the route does not fit your situation — that conversation is free, and it is the point of it. If you are unsure whether you qualify, ask us first rather than paying to find out.
Do you charge for the initial conversation?
No. The first stage is working out whether the route is realistic for you. You pay the first instalment when you decide to proceed.
