Is renewal just a formality?
No. The position that was approved the first time has to still hold, and the commonest problem is an income basis that has weakened since — often because capital was drawn down to demonstrate income.
When should I start?
Before the renewal window opens rather than inside it. If your position has changed, that is better assessed early, when there is still time to do something about it.
Is the price per person?
Yes — our fee is charged per adult applicant. Family discounts are available; we confirm the exact position for your household before you pay anything.
What if my application is refused?
We tell you before you start if we think the route does not fit your situation — that conversation is free, and it is the point of it. If you are unsure whether you qualify, ask us first rather than paying to find out.
Do you charge for the initial conversation?
